Role Objective
Job Responsibilities
Design training programs basis learning requirements from stakeholders, Training Need Analysis and using 70-20-10 principle Design, Develop, Deliver, Execute and Evaluate training program - Domain and Behavioral To create and manage onboarding program for employees To evaluate the efficacy of the programs, generate insights and make necessary changes in the design to make it more relevant for building capabilities Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Lead the application of learning quality standards and oversee the application of robust learning experience Monitor and evaluate business impact of leadership, business skills, technical and compliance capability development programs and activities Manage all level of stakeholders, demonstrating strong business partnering skills, accountability for delivering successful programs and ability to challenge, Influence and make informed recommendation on an ongoing basis.
Competencies and Skills Required
Technical Skills : Systems thinker with experience in LMS/LXP ecosystems. Experience in L&D from Insurance sector/IT will be an added advantage MS Office : Good presentation skills and knowledge of MS Office applications for data analysis, designing and creation of documents Strategic Orientation - the ability to think long term and beyond one's own area. Detail Orientation : The ability to perform as individual while collaborating with the team to deliver Programs and Projects The ability to apply high degree of focus , concentration and energy on Projects and programs Self Driven : Inherently driven to constantly look for opportunities to develop and improve user experience Collaborate, Inspire & Influence Problem Solver
Required Qualification / Experience
Full time MBA in HR.
4 to 5 Years of relevant experience.
