The TM is the Project Manager in charge of the successful transition and implementation of HP Managed Print Services (MPS) with highest Total Customer Experience (TCE). The TM leads the Management of Change (MoC) and ensures that the implementation meets project scope, timeline and budget expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Land
- Support deal pursuit by developing preliminary project plans for inclusion in the customer proposal.
- Supports deal costing by providing project effort estimation.
- In complex deals, support due diligence, discovery and design phase during Pursuit.
- Develop and provides deployment schedule during pursuit phase for proposal submission.
- Contributes to the development of final statement of work.
Adopt
- Decrease Time 2 Revenue through deployment project acceleration.
- Manages end2end the MPS project (scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, comms)
- Acts as HP and Customer SPOC for deal implementation issues
- Manages and coordinates all project resources
- Provides both internal and external timely project communications
- Manages project financials including triggering of purchase orders and partner payments
- Support the MPS Design &Discovery activities as and when required.
- Monitor progress against the project plans through final acceptance and sign-off
- Provides project status updates & reporting to internal and external stakeholders/management.
- Collaborate with Pursuit on COs (Change Orders) during Deal implementation
- Maintains all project documentation and files
- Hold transition Kick-Off Meetings, internally and with the Customer.
- Develop and document detailed work plans including MoC materials.
- Executes hand-over to CSM/SDM from transition to on-going delivery post first invoice.
- Provides HW Forecast reports to Business stakeholders per established governance (except IN)
