Job Purpose

Manage HR related systems, tasks, reporting requirements, and recommend digitalization opportunities that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency and enable management information for decision making in line with business needs, Programs and Performance plans, quality standards and cost budgets.

Key Tasks

·       Prepare project schedules as per defined project plans and milestones

·       Prepare project status tracking reports as per given project management and tracking tools

·       Check for patterns of issues / deviations from defined project plans and rectify the same, else escalate and highlight deviations

·       Perform allocated project tasks and activities by setting appropriate quality standards and timelines for own work

·       Responsible for the core HR system and maintaining the quality of HR data & reporting

o   CREST (Financial reporting system)

o   MTW (L&D digital system)

o   ICS (Internal control system)

o   CHRIS (HR ERP)

o   Environmental, Social, Governance

o   Avature (Recruitment system)

o   CompConnect (Compensation system)

o   HRGT(SAP)

o   PMS (Performance management data collection)

o   GSConnect (Operations workflow management system)

o   KYP (Productivity system)

o   Power BI dashboards

·       Develop and monitor HR reports, KPIs, scorecards & analytic dashboards to assess effectiveness and efficiency of HR

·       Timely execute the annual HR Business Partner Survey for HR, including processes, communication, data analysis and reporting

·       Identify & suggest solutions to improve our digitalization focus and automation of manual HR processes

·       Be a part of budget preparations and track the HR P&L on a monthly basis

·       May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices

·       Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function

·       Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns

·       Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships

Management Responsibility

·       Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others

Qualification & Experience

·       Graduate (any)

·       Management qualification preferred

·       2-4 years job experience in HR or alternatively, strategy, performance, finance controlling role  

·       Excellent analytical skills

·       Must be well versed with MS office tools, especially excel.
