Recruitment and Hiring

Facilitating Recruitment process for HO and Zones

Monitor Headcount and Budget

Managing the offer approval process and Offer release for BAU Hires and strictly adhere to TAT

Support in FSO /WPO file closing

Opening positions with consultants and ensuring early closures

Use of job portal for sourcing profiles to cut down hiring cost

Support in BGV process

Maintaining recruitment tracker and dashboard preparation

Performance management

Follow up with function heads to ensure that the signed appraisal forms are received by HR on time

Ensure that the goal sheets are duly signed & sent to HR within the deadlines

Send the goal sheets to HO after making a copy of the same

Determine appropriate feedback systems for performance planning

Design and evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems

Identify and drive new initiatives in PMS in line with HRM Strategy

Assess and develop appropriate key performance indicators and performance goals for specific positions and departments

Develop performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress tracking methods

Driving continuous performance conversations, peer feedback initiatives and individual development plans in partnership with Business HR, across the organization

Track compensation % benefits benchmarking data

Evaluating, developing and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies & procedures.

Vendor Management

Appointment of various vendors for providing outsourcing services

Liaison with them on day-to-day operational issues

Handle any grievances through coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Process Improvement

Identifying scope of improvement in the current processes related to New Joinee welcome and announcement

Creating Templates and process charts for circulation purpose

Skills
  • Knowledge of full-scale PMS cycle, especially goal setting, year-end evaluations, and performance calibration, Individual Development Plans, 360-degree feedback
